Abstract
Se proporciona un método para operar un sistema generador de aerosol que funciona de forma eléctrica (100) que comprende una parte de almacenamiento (113) para almacenar un sustrato formador de aerosol (115), al menos un elemento de calentamiento (119) para calentar el sustrato formador de aerosol, un sensor (111) para detectar una activación del sistema, un reloj y un circuito eléctrico (109) conectado al sensor. El método incluye medir un parámetro de uso (T2, T4, C1), comparar el parámetro de uso medido con un valor umbral (T2modo, T4modo, C2), determinar un perfil de uso del sistema en función de la comparación, repetir en diferentes momentos del día las etapas de iniciar un procedimiento de monitoreo, medir un parámetro de uso, comparar el parámetro de uso medido y determinar un perfil de uso para determinar el perfil de uso en diferentes momentos del día y seleccionar un modo de funcionamiento del sistema en función del perfil de uso determinado asociado con el momento actual del día. También se proporciona un sistema generador de aerosol que funciona de forma eléctrica y un método adicional de operación en el que el perfil de uso se determina al finalizar un procedimiento de monitoreo cuando el parámetro de uso medido excede un valor umbral y comparar la duración del procedimiento de monitoreo con una duración umbral para determinar el perfil de uso.
