Abstract

Método para supervisar una máquina herramienta (10), en particular una máquina herramienta arrancadora de material (10), que comprende las etapas de: (a) determinar valores medidos de variables de proceso (B(i)) de una variable de proceso (B) en función de un parámetro, (b) determinar si los valores medidos de variables de proceso (B(i)) se encuentran dentro de un intervalo de tolerancia (T(i)) especificado que depende del parámetro, (c) en caso negativo emitir una señal de advertencia y (d) repetir constantemente las etapas (a) a (c), en donde el parámetro es una variable de control (i), en particular una variable de control escalar, la cual caracteriza siempre el progreso del proceso de mecanizado. La invención prevé que la variable de control (i) se calcule del tiempo real (t) y al menos un parámetro de proceso (O, Atstiii), que caracteriza la velocidad de procesamiento del proceso de mecanizado.
