Abstract

Un aparato de prueba (10) incluye un conector óptico (30), y una fuente de luz (20), la fuente de luz operable para emitir luz compatible con flujo restringido. El aparato de prueba incluye además un primer colimador (60), y un divisor de haz (70) alineado ópticamente con el primer colimador. El aparato de prueba incluye además una primera coleta de fibra óptica (80) conectada a la fuente de luz (20), y una segunda coleta de fibra óptica (82) conectada entre el conector óptico (30) y el primer colimador (60). Una primera porción (202) de la luz emitida por la fuente de luz se transmite de la primera coleta de fibra óptica por el divisor de haz y primer colimador a la segunda coleta de fibra óptica, y de la segunda coleta de fibra óptica al conector óptico.
