Abstract
Método de tratamiento de materias primas pesadas de hidrocarburos, principalmente de petróleo pesado, incluye la preparación de la materia prima inicial y de la mezcla auxiliar de gas a determinada presión, la inyección en la materia prima preparada de la mezcla auxiliar de gas y la mezcla de ellas, el tratamiento por cavitación de la mezcla obtenida, la separación de los productos líquidos y gaseiformes, con la posterior separación del producto terminado de petróleo. La novedad consiste en que en calidad de mezcla auxiliar de gas se utilizan hidrocarburos gaseiformes, que tienen una energía de activación, comparable con la energía de ruptura de las moléculas de los componentes principales de las materias primas pesadas de hidrocarburos, y la preparación de las materias primas pesadas de hidrocarburos inicial y de la mezcla auxiliar de gas, que se encuentran en estado líquido, la realizan a una presión que supera a la presión de los vapores saturados de la mezcla auxiliar de gas. El resultado técnico es el mejoramiento de los parámetros físico-químicos del producto petroquímico terminado mediante la modificación de su composición, la estructura, más exactamente: la disminución de su densidad, la viscosidad, la temperatura de inicio de la ebullición, el aumento de la producción de fracciones ligeras por destilación y el incremento de la eficiencia del tratamiento de las materias primas pesadas de hidrocarburos y su coeficiente de rendimiento.
