Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto de 7-(tiazol-5-il)pirrolopirimidina como una agonista de TLR7, y en particular se refiere a un compuesto de la fórmula (I) o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo y a un método de fabricación del mismo, a una composición farmacéutica que contiene dicho compuesto, y a su uso en la preparación de un medicamento antiviral.
