Abstract
Se describen realizaciones para controlar la entrada de calor para un proceso de soldadura o de deposición de metal mediante la supervisión de características térmicas de un entorno de soldadura. Una realización incluye una máscara de soldadura que tiene una carcasa para ser usada por un soldador humano para proteger al soldador humano mientras visualiza un entorno de soldadura a través de una ventana de visualización de la carcasa durante una operación de soldadura en la que se usa un sistema de soldadura. Un dispositivo de detección térmica está integrado en la carcasa para detectar la energía térmica del entorno de soldadura y generar datos térmicos basados en la energía térmica. Un módulo de análisis térmico está integrado en la carcasa para analizar los datos térmicos y generar parámetros de control. Un dispositivo de transmisión está integrado en la carcasa para transmitir los parámetros de control al sistema de soldadura. Los parámetros de control controlan al menos un parámetro de soldadura del sistema de soldadura durante la operación de soldadura.
