Abstract
Los métodos y sistemas proporcionan un punto enfocado que tiene un tamaño de sección transversal de la mitad del ancho total máximo (FWHM) dentro de un intervalo de aproximadamente 50 µm hasta aproximadamente 200 µm; la cavitación correspondiente puede ser dimensionada de manera similar dentro de intervalos similares.
