Abstract
Con el fin de mejorar la eficiencia del uso de frecuencia en comunicación usando una portadora sin licencia, la presente invención provee una terminal de usuario para un sistema de comunicación inalámbrico en el cual se aplica LBT (escuchar antes de hablar), la terminal de usuario es caracterizada por ser provista con una unidad de medición que efectúa la medición de una portadora de frecuencia especificada de una estación base inalámbrica con base a información de configuración de temporización de medición relacionada con la portadora de frecuencia especificada y una unidad de transmisión que transmite el resultado de la medición a la estación base inalámbrica.
