Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento para la preparación de un composite cementíceo que comprende: 1) una primera etapa de acondicionamiento de nanopartículas de sílice, en la que se calientan a una temperatura entre 85-235°C, durante un intervalo de tiempo suficiente para conseguir un porcentaje de humedad máximo del 0.3% respecto al peso total del material resultante de esta primera etapa, 2) una etapa de dispersión en seco en la que las nanopartículas acondicionadas según la etapa 1) se dispersan sobre cemento y en la que se usan bolas inertes de molienda, 3) una etapa de acondicionamiento del composite cementíceo obtenido en la etapa 2), en la que se separan las bolas de molienda utilizadas del composite cementíceo obtenido, al composite obtenido, a derivados de cemento que comprenden este composite, preferentemente morteros y hormigones, a su método de preparación y al uso de estos materiales en la industria.
