Abstract
Un horno como se describe en esta invención comprende una porción reguladora de temperatura para ayudar en la fundición de un material no ferroso, como aluminio, y para reservar dicho material para el subsecuente procedimiento de fundición o moldeado por inyección; el horno proporciona un medio para eliminar un óxido, como óxido de hierro, que generalmente flota sobre la capa superior del material fundido dentro de una porción de fundición y una porción de calentamiento previniendo el flujo de dicho óxido en la porción reguladora de temperatura; un sensor o cualquier detector que puede detectar el nivel del material fundido se utiliza para medir el nivel de superficie de dicho material fundido; un quemador regulador de temperatura, que es un tipo de flama plana, se utiliza sobre el techo de la porción reguladora de temperatura para prevenir que ocurra cualquier reacción de oxidación, así como para reducir la concentración de oxígeno dentro de la porción.
