Abstract
La invención se refiere a un sonotrodo (18) para producir una unión, en particular una unión soldada y/o una unión estañada, entre un cable (17) y un recubrimiento (17) que cubre el cable (17), que comprende al menos una superficie de trabajo (2), en donde la superficie de trabajo (2) se curva de una forma cóncava, al menos en secciones, en un segundo perfil, en particular se curva de forma cóncava. La invención también se refiere a un yunque (10) que comprende al menos una superficie contraria (11), que se curva de una forma cóncava, al menos en secciones, en un segundo perfil, en particular se curva de una forma cóncava. La invención se refiere además a un dispositivo para producir una unión entre un cable (17) y un recubrimiento (17) que cubre el cable (17), que comprende un sonotrodo (18) unido a una fuente ultrasónica (8) al menos en una superficie de unión (5), y que comprende un yunque (10) arreglado opuesto a la superficie de trabajo (2) del sonotrodo (18). Además, la invención se refiere a un método para producir una unión entre un cable (17) y un recubrimiento (17) que cubre el cable (17).
