Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un compuesto que tiene una actividad moduladora alostérica positiva al receptor muscarínico colinérgico M1, el cual puede ser útil como un fármaco profiláctico o terapéutico para enfermedad de Alzheimer, esquizofrenia, dolor, trastorno del sueño, demencia de enfermedad de Parkinson, demencia con cuerpos de Lewy y similares. La presente invención se refiere a un compuesto representado por la fórmula (I) o una sal del mismo: en donde cada símbolo es como se define en la descripción adjunta. (Ver Fórmula I).
