Abstract
La presente invención proporciona una composición y un método para modificar una composición cementosa hidratable, tal como concreto o mortero utilizando al menos tres polímeros de carboxilato diferentes, distintos, incluso cuando la arcilla está presente en el concreto o mortero que de otro modo disminuir eficacia de dosificación de polímero de policarboxilato utilizado como dispersante. Los tres polímeros de policarboxilato, designados como polímero I, polímero II, y polímero II, se derivan de componentes monómeros A, B, y C en donde el Componente A es un ácido carboxílico insaturado, el Componente B es un polioxialquileno, y el componente C es un éster carboxilato insaturado. La relación molar componente rangos de A: B: C son diferentes como entre los polímeros I y II mientras que un distinto componente relación molar de A: B + C se identifica para el polímero III. Cuando se tratan con estos tres polímeros de policarboxilato diferentes, la composición cementosa hidratable sorprendentemente se mejora en términos de maleabilidad inicial y retención de caída, especialmente si está presente la arcilla.
