Abstract
Una composición incluye un nanoporo que incluye un primero y un segundo lados y una abertura, nucleótidos que incluyen cada uno un marcador alargado y un primer polinucleótido que es complementario a un segundo polinucleótido. Una polimerasa puede disponerse adyacente al primer lado del nanoporo y configurarse para añadir nucleótidos al primer polinucleótido basándose en una secuencia del segundo polinucleótido.
