Abstract
Provided are a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet and a high-strength plated steel sheet having both excellent bendability and high strength with a tensile strength (TS) of 980 MPa or higher, and methods for producing said steel sheets. Disclosed is a high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet having a tensile strength of 980 MPa and comprising: a specific component composition; and a specific steel structure wherein, for example, the area percentage of the ferrite phase is from 30% to 70% inclusive, the area percentage of the martensite phase is from 30% to 70% inclusive, the average grain size of ferrite grains is 3.5 µm or less, the standard deviation of the grain size of the ferrite grains is 1.5 µm or less, the average aspect ratio of the ferrite grains is 1.8 or less, the average grain size of martensite grains is 3.0 µm or less, and the average aspect ratio of the martensite grains is 2.5 or less.
