Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para operar un detector de inercia (2) de un vehículo, en particular un vehículo automotriz, en donde durante la operación del vehículo se capturan datos de medición de al menos una variable de medición del detector de inercia y se prueban con respecto a valores erróneos con el fin de calibrar el detector de inercia. De acuerdo con la invención, durante la operación del vehículo, mediante un detector de referencia se capturan datos de medición de una variable de medición diferente, la cual sin embargo se correlaciona con la variable de medición del detector de inercia, y se comparan con los datos de medición del detector de inercia con el fin de registrar los valores de error de acuerdo a una desviación de los datos de medición del detector de inercia de los datos de medición del detector de referencia.
