Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con controlar adecuadamente la transmisión UL en células (por ejemplo, bandas no autorizadas), en donde la escucha se ejecuta antes de la transmisión de la célula. La presente invención proporciona una sección de transmisión que transmite una señal UL y una sección de control que controla la transmisión de la señal UL en base en una instrucción de transmisión UL que se reporta desde una estación de base de radio y basada en la escucha que se ejecuta antes de que la señal UL sea transmitida, y, cuando se proporciona soporte para transmitir una señal DL y/o una señal UL desde la parte media de un marco secundario en base en el resultado de la escucha, la unidad de control transmite la señal UL en un segundo período, el cual está configurado un primer período después de que se recibe la instrucción de transmisión UL.
