Abstract

Un aparato para la producción de una banda de acero recubierta con metal por inmersión en caliente mediante el cual una banda de acero recubierta con metal por inmersión en caliente de alta calidad se puede producir de forma estable mediante la prevención de defectos de superficie recubierta causados por salpicadura o escoria superior incluso en el caso donde varían las condiciones de operación. Un aparato 100 para la producción de una banda de acero recubierta con metal por inmersión en caliente incluye: un par de boquillas de barrido con gas 20A y 20B que ajustan un peso de recubrimiento sobre ambas superficies de una banda de acero P; un mecanismo de suministro de gas 22; un mecanismo de ajuste de temperatura de gas 24; una placa deflectora 26 situada cerca de un borde transversal de la banda de acero P y en un plano extendido desde la banda de acero; un sensor de temperatura 28 situado sobre por lo menos una superficie de la placa deflectora 26; y un controlador 30 que controla el mecanismo de ajuste de temperatura de gas 24 con base en una salida del sensor de temperatura 28.
