Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un casete de expresión inducible para la expresión controlada de múltiples genes que incluye las secuencias de ADN de un promotor bidireccional insertado entre dos secuencias de ADN. La transfección en una célula huésped y las dos secuencias de ADN codifican los genes de interés, proporcionan una secuencia de ADN expresada constitutivamente y la manipulación de la expresión de la otra secuencia de ADN. Asimismo se describe un casete de ADN regulador que contiene otro promotor bidireccional y dos secuencias de ADN que codifican un marcador y un producto de expresión regulador. Ambos casetes se pueden incorporar en un vector no viral, como el transposón "Bella Durmiente", o un vector viral para inducir la expresión controlada de múltiples genes en las células huésped. Asimismo se describe un kit que contiene un paquete de cada uno de los tipos de vectores anteriores, al igual que un método para transformar una célula huésped.
