Abstract

La modalidades descrita en la presente proporcionan métodos para aislamiento de células fetales para diagnosis prenatal no invasiva, que comprende proporcionar una muestra de sangre materna; aplicar la muestra de sangre materna a un filtro integrado en un dispositivo microfluídico para enriquecer de esta manera las células sanguíneas nucleadas de la muestra de sangre materna; etiquetar las células sanguíneas nucleadas enriquecidas, dentro del dispositivo microfluídico, con una porción de enlace fluorescente o molécula de afinidad que se enlaza específicamente a un antígeno específico de células fetales o a un antígeno específico de células no fetales; y aislar la células fetales. Las modalidades descritas en la presente proporcionan dispositivos microfluídicos integrados para el aislamiento no invasivo de células fetales, que comprende un filtro; una porción de enlace o molécula de afinidad que se enlaza específicamente a un antígeno específico de células fetales o un antígeno específico de células no fetales; y una cámara visualizable por microscopía.
