Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un polímero que comprende grupo(s) de éster de sililo (a1) y grupo(s) de amonio cuaternario y/o grupo(s) de fosfonio cuaternario (a2), siendo neutralizados dichos grupos de amonio cuaternario y/o grupos de fosfonio cuaternario por contraiones, en donde los contraiones consisten en la base conjugada de un ácido que tiene un grupo hidrocarbilo alifático, aromático o alcarilo. La invención se refiere además a una composición de recubrimiento de control de incrustaciones que comprende dicho polímero, un método para proteger de incrustaciones una estructura hecha por el hombre sumergida en agua y un sustrato o estructura recubierta con la composición de recubrimiento de control de incrustaciones.
