Abstract

Se proporcionan métodos en la presente para llevar a cabo estudios de estímulo-respuesta sobre el iPSC, o células derivadas de iPSC, que se han derivado de células perinatales recolectadas de donadores bajo condiciones de exposoma nulo. En algunas modalidades, se implican varios donadores. En otras modalidades, se diferencian las iPSC. El uso de células madre pluripotentes inducidas (iPSC) derivadas de células que se origina de neonatos permite que un científico remueva en gran medida las influencias de edad y exposiciones ambientales, permitiendo un análisis más orientado de la interacción directa entre un estímulo y un sujeto de prueba. Adicionalmente, el uso de las iPSC derivadas de células que se originan de varios donadores permite que el científico obtenga mediciones más precisas de la función de las diferencias quirúrgicas en determinar respuestas a un estímulo dado que el uso de otros materiales de prueba, de eliminar la vasta mayoría de influencias diferenciales de edad y medio ambiente entre los sujetos de prueba.
