Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona a una composición de polímero reticulada que comprende una poliolefina reticulada, en donde la composición de polímero comprende, antes de la reticulación, una poliolefina y peróxido que está en una cantidad de menos de 35 mmol -O-O-/kg de composición de polímero, caracterizado en que la composición de polímero reticulada ha estado en contacto directo con una composición semiconductora durante 24h a 70 °C, y que la composición de polímero reticulada después de eso tiene una conductividad de CD eléctrica de 150 fS/m o menos, en donde la conductividad de CD eléctrica se mide de acuerdo con el "método de conductividad de DC", como se describe bajo los "Métodos de determinación", en una placa de la composición de polímero reticulada a 70 °C y 30 kV/mm significa campo eléctrico de una muestra de placa de 1 mm de grosor sin desgasificación de la composición de polímero reticulada; una estructura, cable en capas por ejemplo, un cable de energía usa la composición de polímero reticulada y la capa estructurada, para producir un cable de energía reticulado por ejemplo, un cable de energía de corriente directa (CD) reticulado; y un proceso para producir un cable.
