Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona a un polvo de tántalo compuesto, un método para preparar el mismo, y a un electrodo capacitor positivo preparado al usar el polvo de tántalo. El método para preparar un polvo de tántalo compuesto comprende las siguientes etapas: 1) proporcionar un polvo de tántalo preparado mediante un proceso de reducción, aplastar el polvo de tántalo para preparar un polvo de tántalo laminado; 2) proporcionar un polvo de tántalo granular preparado por el uso de lingote de tántalo; 3) mezclar el polvo de tántalo laminado y el polvo de tántalo granular para dar una mezcla de polvo de tántalo; y 4) efectuar un tratamiento térmico de la mezcla de polvo de tántalo, pulverizando la mezcla en polvo de tántalo tratada térmicamente, y cribar la mezcla de polvo de tántalo para obtener el polvo de tántalo compuesto. La presente invención además se relaciona a un polvo de tántalo compuesto preparado por el uso del método y el uso del polvo de tántalo compuesto en un capacitor.
