Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición termogelificante esterilizada que comprende un quitosano que tiene unidades de N-acetil-glucosamina, unidades de glucosamina, y unidades de glucosamina sustituidas distintas de las unidades de N-acetil-glucosamina, tal quitosano sustituido preferiblemente tiene un grado de sustitución de las unidades de glucosamina que varía desde 10 hasta 50%, expresado como un número de mol del sustituyente a base del número de mol de unidades totales, a su preparación y a sus aplicaciones.
