Abstract

Un método para una extrusión mejorada de polímeros de polietileno que comprende hacer pasar el polietileno a través del extrusor de doble tornillo, de una sola etapa (5) que comprende una zona de transporte de polímero sólido (10), una zona de fusión de polímero (15), una zona de mezclado dispersivo (20), y una zona mezclado distributivo (25) / zona de bombeo (30), en las cuales se optimizan las velocidades de rendimiento y tornillo para reducir el número de geles presentes, asegura la fusión completa del polímero dentro de la zona de fusión de polímero (15), y reduce al mínimo la degradación de polímero.
