Abstract

Un método en donde se produce una estructura soldada al suministrar gas (12) auxiliar a la superficie de un charco (13) de fundición y usar una soldadura (11) por láser para soldar a tope dos placas (51, 52) de acero para las cuales puede evitarse la generación de orificios pasantes en una porción (53) de soldadura. El método se caracteriza en que al menos una placa (52) de acero de las dos placas (51, 52) de acero tiene un espesor de placa de 0.6 mm o menos, el gas (12) auxiliar es un gas (12) mezclado que contiene de 10-50 % en volumen de gas O2, y cuando la concentración de O2 del gas (12) mezclado es C (% en volumen), el índice L de flujo (L/min) del gas (12) mezclado satisface 30 (L/min) - C (% en volumen) x 1 (L/min/% en volumen) = L (L/min) < 40 (L/min).
