Disclosed is an all-dry air-blowing micro optical fiber cable, which comprises a cable core and an outer jacket. The cable core is a stranded cable core or an urn-tube cable core, and is coated directly with the outer jacket. The present invention is able to achieve the following beneficial effects. A. The optical fiber cable adopts an all-dry and all-dielectric structure, and has simple structure, small external diameter, light weight, as well as large optical fiber capacity, and the manufacturing cost thereof is low. Besides, it is easy to connect the optical fiber cable to another optical fiber cable during construction. B. Due to its small external diameter, light weight, and good flexibility, the optical fiber cable can be easily blown into a tube for a far distance at a time, thereby saving the construction cost, and shortening the construction time.
