Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a un tornillo de interferencia que tiene un cuerpo con un extremo próximo, un extremo distante, y un eje longitudinal que se extiende entre los mismos; el tornillo incluye además roscas para fijar el tornillo en el hueso; el tornillo incluye además un orificio pasante definido por el cuerpo; el orificio pasante se extiende entre los extremos próximo y distante a lo largo del eje longitudinal, y tiene una superficie; el tornillo incluye además un miembro (440) de control formado por la superficie del orificio pasante; para instalar el tornillo en el hueso, un cirujano gira el tornillo con un destornillador que se acopla con el miembro de control; el destornillador sólo se acopla al miembro de control cuando está en una orientación de conducción con respecto al miembro de control; ventajosamente, con este acoplamiento "unidireccional" el cirujano puede controlar y confirmar la orientación del destornillador sin ver el destornillador y/o el tornillo.
