Abstract
Se proporciona una aglomeración de fideos fritos que evita la inversión en un vaso por choque externo en un estado en donde la aglomeración de fideos fritos se almacena en un contenedor en forma de vaso. La retención de la forma de una porción del extremo inferior de la aglomeración de fideos fritos se asegura mediante el almacenamiento de un grupo de tiras de fideos después de la gelatinización en un dispositivo de retención y freír la porción del extremo inferior del grupo de tiras de fideos. Por consiguiente, la aglomeración de fideos fritos puede evitar la inversión en un vaso por choque externo en un estado donde la aglomeración de fideos fritos se almacena en un contenedor en forma de vaso. Además, se prefiere incluir una etapa de inmersión de la totalidad del grupo de tiras de fideos en un aceite para freír, después de la etapa de aseguramiento de la retención de la forma de la porción del extremo inferior de la aglomeración de fideos fritos.
