Abstract

La invención se refiere a un sistema de capas de un sustrato transparente (100) que refleja una radiación infrarroja, que comprende, dispuestos en este orden: una primera capa dieléctrica (D1) dispuesta sobre el sustrato transparente (100); una segunda capa dieléctrica (D2) dispuesta sobre la primera capa dieléctrica (D1); un primer sistema de capa metálica (MS1) que comprende, en este orden; una primera capa metálica (M1), hecha preferentemente de o que comprende Ag; una primera capa de bloqueo (B1). Se proporciona un sistema de capa de recubrimiento de barrera dieléctrica (BDS). La primera capa dieléctrica (D1) está hecha de o comprende SiO2, y la segunda capa dieléctrica (D2) está hecha de o comprende TiO2 o Al2O3, o la primera capa dieléctrica (D1) está hecha de o comprende Al2O3 y la segunda capa dieléctrica (D2) está hecha de o comprende TiO2. En el método para producir un sistema de capa reflectante de infrarrojos en un sustrato transparente proporcionado (100) de acuerdo con la invención, al menos una de las capas individuales aplicadas se aplica por pulverización catódica de un objetivo cerámico o por pulverización catódica reactiva.
