Abstract
La invención se refiere a un vector de expresión o una combinación de al menos dos vectores de expresión que comprenden: a) un polinucleótido que codifica un receptor de folato mutado como marcador seleccionable, en donde el receptor de folato mutado tiene una disminución de la afinidad de unión de folato en comparación con el receptor de folato tipo silvestre; b) al menos un polinucleótido que codifica un polipéptido de interés, en donde cuando dicho vector de expresión o combinación de al menos dos vectores de expresión se introduce en una célula hospedera, el polipéptido de interés se secreta a partir de dicha célula hospedera. También se proporcionan células hospederas adecuadas, métodos de selección y métodos para la producción de polipéptidos con alto rendimiento.
