Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un alcohol que contiene fosforo, obtenible u obtenido por un proceso que comprende la reacción de al menos un alcohol un compuesto que contiene fósforo de la fórmula general (I) como se define en la presente, así como el proceso para preparar un alcohol que contiene fósforo, que comprende la reacción de al menos un alcohol con un compuesto que contiene fósforo de la fórmula general (I). Por otra parte, la presente invención se refiere al uso de un alcohol que contiene fósforo como se revela en la presente como un retardante de llama, a un proceso para la preparación de un poliuretano y al poliuretano como tal.
