Abstract
Se describe un montaje de electrodos/electrolito - MEA, reactor de membrana electroquímica - y un método para la aminación directa de hidrocarburos, es decir para la aminación directa de benceno a anilina, y un método para la preparación de tal montaje de electrodos/electrolito. La solución presentada permite el incremento de la conversión de tal aminación por arriba de 60%, aún en bajas temperaturas, esto es, entre 200°C y 450°C; preferiblemente entre 300°C y 400°C. El montaje de electrodos/electrolito para aminación directa de hidrocarburos comprende: un ánodo (1), conductor de electrones y protones, que incluye una matriz porosa del compuesto, compuesta por una fracción de cerámica y un catalizador para tal aminación a temperaturas inferiores a 450°C; un cátodo poroso (3), conductor de electrones y protones, y electrocatalizador; un electrólito (2) , conductor de protones o iones y eléctricamente aislante, ubicado entre el ánodo (1) y el cátodo (3), hecho de un cerámica compuesta impermeable a reactivos y productos de tal aminación.
