Abstract
Se proporciona un método para producir una pluralidad de piezas brutas a partir de una tira continua de material. Las piezas brutas pueden usarse en el empaquetado de bienes de consumo. Primeramente, se proporciona una tira continua de material, la tira que tiene una pluralidad de cortes separados a lo largo de una dirección longitudinal de la tira. Luego, la tira continua se corta a lo largo de una pluralidad de líneas de corte para formar la pluralidad de piezas brutas, cada línea de corte que comprende una sección transversal recta y una sección curva. Las líneas de corte están separadas a lo largo de la dirección longitudinal de la tira y cada línea de corte interseca un corte respectivo en la tira en la sección curva de la línea de corte. Cada línea de corte, junto con su corte intersecado respectivo, corresponde a un borde de al menos una de la pluralidad de piezas brutas. Se proporciona además una pieza bruta formada por el método. Se proporciona además un contenedor para bienes de consumo, el contenedor que comprende un marco interno formado a partir de una pieza bruta formada de acuerdo con el método.
