Abstract

La presente invención proporciona una composición fungicida que sirve como un fungicida agrícola y hortícola que posee efectos de control mejorados considerablemente contra las enfermedades de las plantas, y un método para controlar las enfermedades de las plantas utilizando la composición; una composición fungicida comprende, como ingredientes activos, (a) 3-(2, 3, 4-trimetoxi-6-metilbenzoil)-5-cloro-2-metoxi-4-metilpiridina (piriofenona) o su sal y (b) al menos un fungicida seleccionado del grupo que consiste en bixafén, fluxapiroxad, penflufén, isopirazam, fluopiram, ametoctradín, fenpirazamina y sedaxán, y un método para controlar las enfermedades de las plantas, que comprende aplicar la composición fungicida a las plantas.
