Abstract
Se describen composiciones catalíticas que comprenden un componente ZSM-5 estimulado con fósforo y un aglutinante que contiene sílice, y los métodos para elaborar y utilizar las mismas. Más específicamente, se proporcionan los procesos para elaborar un catalizador para conversión de biomasa. El proceso incluye: tratar una zeolita ZSM-5 con un compuesto que contiene fosforoso para formar un componente ZSM-5 estimulado con fósforo; preparar una suspensión que comprende el componente ZSM-5 estimulado con fósforo y un aglutinante que contiene sílice; y configurar la suspensión en cuerpos conformados. Estos catalizadores se pueden utilizar para la conversión termocatalítica de biomasa en macropartículas para productos líquidos tales como bio15 aceite, dando por resultado en rendimientos superiores de bio-aceite y disminuir el coque que los catalizadores convencionales.
