Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la alineación de un objeto tal como un cuerpo hueco, en donde el objeto se alimenta a un dispositivo de alineación y/o posicionamiento por medio de un sistema de transporte tal como una banda transportadora, en donde la orientación y la posición real de la objeto, se determina por medio de un sistema de registro de imágenes el cual comprende una cámara y, comprende además la ejecución de un programa de computación en un ordenador y/o computadora, para la evaluación de la imagen registrada y/o tomada por la cámara de dicho objeto, en donde el dispositivo de orientación y/o posicionamiento se controla en respuesta a dicha evaluación a fin de cambiar la orientación y la posición real del objeto a una orientación y/o posición deseada. El proceso de acuerdo con la presente invención, se caracteriza porque los datos de la imagen del objeto se registran y/o toman utilizando una cámara de rayos infrarrojos, dichos datos se evalúan y se procesa con el fin de determinar la orientación y/o la posición real del objeto, en donde para lograr incrementar el contraste de las imágenes, el objeto se cambia, con respecto a la temperatura del mismo, al menos parcialmente, por medio de una fuente de calor o frío antes del registro de dichos datos de la imagen. La presente invención también se refiere a un aparato para llevar a cabo dicho proceso (figura 1).
