Abstract

La invención se refiere a un cubrebocas o mascarilla para eliminar impurezas biológicas y mecánicas del aire respirado y/o exhalado, que comprende una capa interior textil y una capa exterior textil, entre las cuales está dispuesta un capa filtrante de nanofibras de polímero y/o capa activa de nanofibras de polímero, que en su estructura contienen una o varias sustancias biocidas. La capa textil exterior como así como la capa interior textil se forman de microfibras, mientras que al menos la capa exterior textil y con la misma la capa filtrante o activa vecina de nanofibras de polímero son hidrofóbicas, y todas las capas están interconectadas por una red de uniones, que evitan su movimiento mutuo y reducen la permeabilidad del cubrebocas sólo en forma mínima. La capa interior textil está en la periferia del cubrebocas, que se proporciona con una capa de adhesivo para sujetar en la cara del usuario. Este método de sujetar el cubrebocas en la cara asegura la perfecta adherencia del cubrebocas a la piel a lo largo de su toda su periferia, evitando de esta manera respirar un aire sin filtrar. La invención además se refiere a un método para la producción de dicho cubrebocas.
