Abstract
La presente invención proporciona un novedoso método para la preparación de 18F-fluoruro (18F) para uso en reacciones de radiofluoración. El método de la invención encuentra uso especialmente en la preparación de trazadores de tomografía de emisión de positrones (PET) 18F-etiquetados. El método de la invención es particularmente ventajoso sonde las soluciones a granel son preparadas y almacenadas envíales prellenados en lugar de ser recién preparadas en el día de síntesis. La presente invención también proporciona una reacción de radiofluoración, la cual comprende el método de la invención, así como un casete para uso para realizar el método de la invención y/o el método de radiofluoración de la invención en un aparato de radiosintesis automatizado.
