Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método de evaluación de aseguramiento de flujo predictivo que comprende: - medir (S1) al menos un parámetro actual relacionado con una mezcla de fluido de fase múltiple (10) que fluye en una línea de flujo principal (11, 14); - tomar (S2) una muestra (60) a partir de la mezcla de fluido de fase múltiple (10) que fluye en la línea de flujo principal (11, 14); - modificar (S3) al menos un parámetro de control de la muestra (60) hasta que aparece una transición, en donde tal transición podría causar una emisión de flujo cuando ocurre en la línea de flujo principal (11, 14); - detectar (S4) la transición de la muestra (60) y determinar un valor de transición correspondiente asociado con al menos un parámetro de control; - calcular (S5) una diferencia entre al menos un parámetro actual y al menos un valor de transición, tal diferencia es representativa de un margen relativamente a una aparición de transición similar en la línea de flujo principal que causa una emisión de flujo en la línea de flujo principal; e -implementar (S8, S9) una etapa de prevención de emisión de flujo cuando la diferencia excede un umbral dado (S7).
