Abstract
Se describe una composición de revestimiento de pretratamiento de metal a base de zirconio que incluye un quelatador de metal que quelata el cobre en la composición de revestimiento de pretratamiento de metal y por lo tanto mejora la adhesión de pinturas a un sustrato de metal revestido con la composición de revestimiento de pretratamiento. La composición de revestimiento de pretratamiento tiene una vida útil más larga que una sin el quelatador de metal y por lo tanto puede acomodar una amplia latitud de tiempos de aplicación.
