Abstract

Glucósidos etilénicamente insaturados de la fórmula (I), en donde Y, Y', m, A, X, R3 y R4 tienen los significados dados en la descripción son producidos al hacer reaccionar un compuesto etilénicamente insaturado de la fórmula (II) con un polisacárido que comprende 10 o más unidades de monosacárido, tales como almidón, amilosa, amilopectina, celulosa, en presencia de una glicosidasa, tal como una amilasa, celulasa, glucosidasa y galactosidasa, o una glicosiltransferasa, tal como una glucanotransferasa de ciclomaItodextrina.
