Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso para preparar la fórmula (I) (Ver Formula) comprendiendo el proceso a) hacer reaccionar un compuesto de fórmula (II) (Ver Formula) (II), donde X es cloro o bromo, con una especie organometálica para obtener (III) (Ver Formula) (III), donde X es cloro o bromo; hacer reaccionar el halobencino con un fulveno (IV) (Ver Formula) (IV), para obtener un compuesto de fórmula (V) (Ver Formula) donde X es cloro o bromo; b) hidrogenar (V) en presencia de un catalizador metálico adecuado para obtener un compuesto de fórmula (VI) (Ver Formula) (VI), donde X es cloro o bromo; y o bien (i) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (VI) con NH3 en presencia de un catalizador que comprenda paladio y al menos un ligando para obtener el compuesto de fórmula (VII) (Ver Formula) (VII); y d) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (VII) en presencia de una base con un compuesto de fórmula (VIII) (Ver Formula) (VIII), para obtener el compuesto de fórmula (I); o bien c2) hacer reaccionar el compuesto de fórmula (VI) en presencia de un catalizador de cobre y un ligando con el compuesto de fórmula (VIIIa) (Ver Formula) (Villa), para obtener el compuesto de fórmula (1).
