Abstract
Se proporcionan un aparato y método para codificar y un aparato y método para decodificar un video al llevar a cabo filtración en circuito con base en unidades de codificación. El método de codificación incluye: dividir una imagen en una unidad de codificación máxima; determinar por separado unidades de codificación para enviar resultados de codificación de acuerdo con una profundidad codificada para unidades de codificación más profundas que estén jerárquicamente estructuradas de acuerdo con profundidades; y determinar una unidad de filtración para llevar a cabo filtración en circuito para de esta manera minimizar un error entre la unidad de codificación máxima y una imagen original, con base en las unidades de codificación, y llevar a cabo filtración en circuito con base en la unidad de filtración.
