Abstract

Se describen composiciones de revestimiento que pueden ser de un componente, curables al ambiente y que contienen agua. Las composiciones de revestimiento incluyen una policarbodiimida, un polímero funcional con ácido carboxílico y una base. La policarbodiimida se modifica por hidrofilicidad y se deriva de un diisocianato de tetrametilxilileno. La base se encuentra presente en la composición en una cantidad suficiente para proporcionar a la composición un pH de al menos 9.0.
