Abstract

Un método para producir una planta con rendimiento aumentado en comparación con una correspondiente planta de tipo silvestre en donde el método comprende al menos la siguiente etapa: aumentar o generar en una planta o parte de ésta una o más actividades de un polipéptido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en dioxigenasa dependiente de 2-oxoglutarato, 3-cetoacil-CoA tiolasa, 3'-fosfoadenosina 5'-fosfato fosfatasa, 4-difosfocitidil-2-C-metil -D-eritritol quinasa, proteína L21 ribosómica del cloroplasto 50S, proteína 57972199.R01.1, proteína 60952769.R01 .1, proteína ribosómica 60S, proteína de la familia transportadora de ABC, factor de transcripción que contiene el dominio AP2, proteína argonauta, proteína AT1G29250.1, proteína AT1G53885, proteína AT2G35300, proteína AT3G04620, proteína AT4G01870, proteína AT5G42380, proteína AT5G47440, proteína CDS5394, proteína TRUNCADA_CDS5401, proteína que responde al frío, cullina, Citocromo P450, delta-8 esfingolípido desaturasa, galactinol sintasa, glutation-S-transferasa, GTPasa, proteína relacionada con haspina, proteína del shock térmico, factor de transcripción del shock térmico, histona H2B, proteína del dominio zim-jasmonata, asparaginil-tARN sintetasa de mitocondria, Oligosacariltransferasa, proteína 0S02G44730, proteína potenciadora de la emisión de oxígeno, peptidil-prolil cis-trans isomerasa, proteína de la familia de peptidil-prolil cis-trans isomerasa, proteína asociada a lípidos del plástido, proteína de unión al tracto de polipirimidina, factor de interacción de PRLI, proteína quinasa, proteína de la familia de proteína quinasa, subunidad beta de la proteína de unión a la subunidad rubisco, serina acetiltransferasa, serina hidroximetiltransferasa, proteína pequeña al shock térmico, S-ribosilhomocisteinasa, transportador de azúcar, Tioredoxina tipo H, enzima de conjugación a ubiquitina, ubiquitina-proteína ligasa, proteína de la familia de proteínas de estrés universal, y proteína de vacuola.
