Abstract

Se proporciona un sistema y aparato de cámara para uso con un barril o contenedor de bebida para reducir el espacio superior indeseable en un contenedor de madera para una bebida, especialmente una bebida fermentada, por ejemplo vino. El sistema protege continuamente la bebida contenida en el barril de madera de los efectos perjudiciales de oxidación de la superficie de contacto entre el aire y el fluido en el espacio superior y compensa las mermas atribuíbles a evaporación, fugas o pérdidas por muestreo. El sistema incluye un vástago de inflado conectado a una cámara de barril inflable por llenado con un gas de inflado. El vástago de inflado incluye un detector de nivel de líquido y se inserta en la abertura del tapón. El nivel de fluido es detectado y una válvula de gas se abre para llenar la cámara, lo que reduce el espacio superior dentro del barril. El sistema puede combinar el control de varios barriles y, opcionalmente con otros detectores, se puede crear una red de supervisión y control de barriles.
