Abstract
La invención describe derivados de 1-N-sustituida-6-(hetero)aril-1 H-tien[3,2-d]pirimidin-4-ona de la fórmula (ver fórmula (I)) donde R1, R2, R3 y R4 son como se define aquí, que inhiben a NS5b polimerasa del Virus de hepatitis C. También se describen composiciones y métodos para tratar una infección por VHC e inhibir la replicación del VHC.
