Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el factor de velocidad. Con base en el factor de velocidad los anticuerpos se pueden clasificar, es decir, los anticuerpos se pueden caracterizar con respecto a sus propiedades de unión como, por ejemplo, un aglutinante antigénico entrópico o entálpico. Una clasificación basada en factor de velocidad no requiere determinación termodinámica y/o cálculos detallados. El factor de velocidad es la relación de las constantes ka de velocidad de asociación del complejo antígeno-anticuerpo determinado a 37°C y a 13°C. Dado que solo se requieren dos determinaciones experimentales para calcular el factor de velocidad, este es un método adecuado rápido y de alto rendimiento.
